Clear answers before the opening is ordered.

Use these answers to shape an early conversation. Final dimensions, options, ratings, scope, schedule, and coverage are always confirmed in project-specific documentation.

01What kinds of aluminum windows and doors can BelleVier quote?

BelleVier works with casement, awning, tilt-and-turn, fixed, hung, sliding, and folding windows, plus sliding, lift-and-slide, hinged, bifold, entry, and automatic sliding doors. Availability is confirmed for the project and selected configuration.

02Can the windows and doors be made to custom sizes?

Yes. Most projects begin with rough opening dimensions, plan drawings, elevations, or a window and door schedule. Final unit sizes, panel proportions, and allowable limits are confirmed before order approval.

03What is the difference between the frame profiles?

The profile is the aluminum frame platform around the glass. Profile families change the frame depth, visible sightline, thermal break, glazing pocket, sill or track geometry, reinforcement, hardware, and available operation. BelleVier offers window and door directions ranging from balanced 65 mm and deeper 80 mm thermal platforms to slim sliding, folding, and 153 mm or 239 mm lift-slide profiles. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed for the exact configuration.

04Are the available systems tested for North American projects?

Select thermally broken configurations can reach U-factors as low as 0.13. North American documentation is available for selected configurations, including NFRC-listed thermal data and a Florida-approved impact-resistant horizontal slider rated for HVHZ and non-HVHZ use at +55/-55 psf. These values apply only when the product, operator type, size, glass, anchorage, and other listing conditions match the quoted unit.

05What frame colors are available?

The collection includes black, white, gray, bronze, earth-tone, anodized, and wood-look directions. Custom matching may be reviewed from RAL, Colorbond, Interpon, or a physical sample. A physical finish sample should be approved before ordering.

06Do you offer double- and triple-glazed units?

Double- and triple-glazing configurations are available on many systems, along with low-E, tinted, laminated, privacy, acoustic, and other project-specific glass options. The final glass makeup is selected for the opening and documented with the quote or approval package.

07Are screens and divided-lite grilles available?

Yes. Depending on the operating system, choices can include fixed, removable, in-swing, or retractable screens, plus between-glass, simulated divided-lite, applied, or custom grille patterns.

08Can BelleVier confirm thermal, structural, water, air, or impact performance?

Performance depends on the exact frame, size, glass, hardware, sill, anchorage, and test basis. Share the project requirements early so BelleVier can identify applicable configuration-specific documentation. No rating should be assumed from a general product image or family description.

09What should I send for an initial quote?

Send the project location, plan set or elevations, opening dimensions, preferred operations, frame color direction, glass goals, screen needs, and desired timing. Early concepts are welcome; missing decisions can be identified during review.

10How are lead times and delivery handled?

Lead time is confirmed with the project scope and begins from the agreed order milestone, not from an early inquiry. Delivery planning should cover site access, unloading equipment, trained personnel, inspection, protected staging, and shipment-specific instructions.

11Does BelleVier install the products?

Installation scope is confirmed project by project. Product selection and supply do not automatically include field measurement, engineering, flashing design, installation labor, or site equipment unless those items are expressly included in the written proposal.

12How do warranty and service requests work?

Keep the project approvals, order documents, delivery records, care instructions, and warranty issued with the order. For service intake, provide the project name, unit location, observed condition, date discovered, and clear overview and detail photos. The order-specific written warranty controls coverage.

Let's make the opening work.

Send a plan set, rough opening list, or even an early concept. We'll help identify the right next step.
